Data Scientist

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to extract valuable insights from data. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and be at the forefront of emerging technologies like Generative AI and Neo4j. 

What You Will Do: 

You will play a key role in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to extract valuable insights from data. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting projects and be at the forefront of emerging technologies like Generative AI and Neo4j. 

  • Design and execute data collection strategies from various sources (structured & unstructured).
  • Design, develop, and implement scalable data pipelines using Python and relevant frameworks
  • Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various sources (databases, APIs, etc.)
  • Clean, transform, and prepare data for analysis using Python and relevant libraries.
  • Develop and implement supervised machine learning models for tasks like prediction and classification.
  • Utilise unsupervised machine learning techniques such as clustering algorithms for data exploration and pattern recognition.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in data science, including but not limited to Generative AI and Neo4J.
  • Effectively communicate complex data findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across data engineering, analytics, and business development teams.

 

About You 

You will possess a structured approach, analytical prowess, and impeccable data science skills. 

  • Master’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Data Scientist or similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python and R.
  • Experience with popular machine learning libraries like scikit-learn, AutoML TensorFlow, or PyTorch (familiarity with more than one is a plus).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for providing high quality work and open to feedback from your peers.
  • A passion for learning and staying up-to-date with emerging technologies.
  • Exposure to notebook environments such as Jupyter Notebook, ARStudio or Databricks Collaborative Workbench.
